I’ve been training as a calisthenics athlete since 2011 (strength workout direction — basics and statics, bodyweight training and weighted exercises). I’ve placed in competitions.
Currently, I’m an online coach. Since 2019, I’ve helped over 400 athletes reach their goals through different formats (training programs, mentorship, consultations).

Here are my results, feedback from athletes and what you can expect from training with me. I tailor training to your goals, write individual programs, adjust your diet, and work and communicate remotely (my own training experience since 2011).
My services include: mistake analysis, answers to questions, convenient tables with detailed programs and a training diary to monitor results. Video examples of technique execution, instructions, and my feedback in correspondence.
